By downloading or using the Slopara mobile application and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years of age to download, register, or play Slopara. This App features high-fidelity slot simulations and arcade cabin aesthetics designed strictly for adult users. Access by anyone under 18 is prohibited.
2. Virtual Currency (Slopara Coins)
The App operates entirely on a virtual currency system ("Slopara Coins" or "Coins"):
- Coins are awarded for free via daily logins, events, and in-game tasks.
- Coins have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or exchanged for real-world currency or goods.
- Purchase of optional coin packs is final. All transactions are virtual and strictly for entertainment extension purposes.
- Transfer or sale of virtual coins or profiles between accounts is strictly prohibited.
3. Fair Play Policies
To keep the gameplay environment safe and enjoyable, you agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the slot cabinets or client client applications.
- Deploy bots, cheats, or click-hacks to automate slot spins or claim bonuses in bulk.
- Exploit server bugs or latency issues for virtual coin duplication. Any suspicious activity will result in immediate profile suspension.
4. Disclaimers of Warranties
Slopara is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or bug-free operation of the servers. System adjustments, balancing, or scheduled updates may reset or update virtual cabinet statistics without prior notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will Slopara Studio or ストパラ株式会社 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or your inability to download the apk bundle.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the use of the App will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
